T.S. Misra Medical College & Hospital was established in year 2015 under the patronage of "Vedic & Futuristic Edutech". MBBS course was started in 2016 with the capacity of 150 admissions per year. The number of MBBS seats increased to 250 admissions per year from the academic session 2024-25. Postgraduate courses (MD/MS) started in 2020 in different disciplines and at present have a total of 83 seats in sixteen departments. M.Sc. in medical subjects and Ph.D. also started from the academic session 2025-26.
The medical college was affiliated first to Dr. Shakuntala Misra National Rehabilitation University, Lucknow and to ABVMU from 2021. After the inception of TSM University in September 2023, the medical college became a constituent college of the University and all UG/PG examinations are conducted by TSM University.
T.S. Misra Hospital is a 1200-bedded NABH-certified super-specialty tertiary care teaching hospital with A-grade infrastructure, Blood Bank, Modular OTs, ICUs, Dialysis Unit, Cath Lab, Liquid Oxygen Plant and Emergency Services under one roof
