PAMENCAP (Parents Ass. For the Mentally Handicapped Persons)

PAMENCAP (Parents Association for the Mentally Handicapped Persons) established in the year 1986. Some of the parents came together and formed an association with the guidance of National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped, Secunderabad, to help the poor Mentally Challenged persons and their parent. We give free services to Poor Mentally Retarded, Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Multiple Disabled persons. This is first association in Andhra Pradesh and second in India formed by the parents of Mentally Retarded persons. This organization is registered under Public society Act 1960 with modern infrastructure and a team of highly skilled professionals with specific emphasis on education training in the field of intellectually disabled persons. PAMENCAP is a brief assemblage of the will and industry of one individual utterly committed to preserve the blaze of persuasion and values thrive through our organization.  It is active, non commercial and voluntary organization dedicated to the welfare of the Mentally Challenged.
