As rural development pioneers, our mission is to harness rural India’s inherent wisdom to catalyze women-led community participation. Our holistic approach to rural enrichment began with a focus on primary healthcare, maternal and child health, and child development, leading to comprehensive, multi-faceted community-driven programs.
We began our journey in 1985 in Sidhbari, Himachal Pradesh, under the guidance of Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda and the Chinmaya Tapovan Trust. Originally known as the Chinmaya Rural Primary Health Care and Training Centre (CRPHC&TC), we improved rural communities through self-perpetuating development.
CORD substratum is a rich and profound spiritual thread of the wisdom of Vedantic knowledge shared by Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, the founder of Chinmaya Mission, and carried on by his students. This spiritual self-discovery, which is the untapped potential of individuals and communities, is successfully serviced with love and dedication.
By fostering both spiritual and practical forms of service, we are positively impacting the lives of millions of people and contributing to the creation of a more compassionate and connected world
