Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC) Lucknow, an external arm of Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disabilities (Divyangjan), New Delhi is an autonomous body working under administrative & financial control of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. CRC Lucknow is one of the oldest CRC established in November-2001 in view of the enactment of the PwD Act, 1995. The State Government of Uttar Pradesh allotted 3 acres of land in Mohaan Road, Lucknow and the centre is operational in its current location from November-2005.
