To create the rural masses motivated and self reliant towards the rural constructive development works under favorable conditions for dynamic programmes of all branches, knowledge, and materials financial etc. for the achievement of planed economic and social goals. To open or construct work sheds and training institutions for handloom and handicraft, Weaving embroidery and tailoring etc. as well as health and sanitation, food and nutrition etc. in suitable places of rural areas. To render economic help and welfare services especially to the weaker section of the society i.e. women, children and rural poor people, To setup Hostel, home for disabled and Houses for working Women’s Hostel and orphan children etc.

To spread or impart non-formal and adult education in the matter relevant to health, mental health child care, crèches and old aged. The economic development such as agriculture, animal husbandry, small scale industry, horticulture, handloom & handicraft, irrigation, khadi and village industries etc. To make possible efforts in the work relevant to the prevention, control training, education and rehabilitation of all categories of handicapped, mentally retarded persons, multiple handicapped, deaf and dump and blind etc. To organized Museum, Library, Literacy programme whenever the need arises from time to time. To established Institute of Yoga Training Centre and to established Institute of Music and Dance etc.
