Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individualized education and support to children with special needs.
- Plan and conduct engaging, child-friendly learning activities.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Work on children’s academic, social, communication, and behavioral development.
- Maintain regular progress records and share updates with parents and the professional team.
- Coordinate with therapists and other professionals to support the child’s overall development.
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Special Education / Psychology / Therapy or a related field.
- Experience working with children with special needs will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, dedication, and a positive attitude.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
