EXCEPTIONAL MINDS, Bemina was founded in 2019 by Mrs Kulsuma Parvaiz [Gurgaon Based] ,a proud mother of a boy living with Autism with the vision to empower people with special needs and lead the way towards inclusive education, rehabilitation of children with special needs ,generate awareness among masses to eradicate stigma associated with differently abled people. She is the first mother in J&K UT of a special child to undergo the courses on autism with 15years of experience. She is Certified Level 1& 2 Oral Placement Therapist ,Certified in Autism Movement  Therapy, Certified in Sensory Processing in autism, Certified in Art & play based approaches & Music Therapy & has done her diploma in Child Psychology.

Exceptional Minds, centre, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir is emerging as a unique creative hub in the field of special abilities(disability).We believe that every child with special needs can make significant improvement when provided appropriate interventions.
