Ishanya India Foundation (IIF) is a center for rehabilitation and empowerment of Persons with Disabilities established in the year 2015 and registered as a public charitable trust in 2018 as a non-profit organization.
At Ishanya, we follow a strength-based model that fosters
agency, workplace competencies, and skills in people with
disabilities, thus making them independent, and empowered
along with opening up more opportunities for the community.
Through our programs, we aim to create persistent, empowered
self-advocates and an ecosystem that strive to
achieve an inclusive society
