Established in 1995, Shristi emerged as a beacon of hope to meet the pressing need for a holistic center
dedicated to children with developmental and learning disabilities. For over two decades, our unwavering
commitment has propelled us towards excellence in addressing the multifaceted challenges of managing
learning and developmental difficulties. What began as a humble center has blossomed into a
distinguished training institute, renowned for its pioneering contributions to human resource
development in the field of disability management.
At Shristi, our ethos transcends mere education; we are dedicated to the comprehensive well-being of
individuals facing learning adversities. Through early detection and intervention, our centers provide a
nurturing environment where children receive tailored education, remedial teaching, therapeutic
interventions, career guidance, and vocational training, fostering their journey towards self-sufficiency
and empowerment.
Our services embody a holistic approach, addressing the intricate nuances of learning disabilities and
striving to unlock each individual’s full potential. Today, as statistics underscore that 10-15% of schoolgoing children encounter learning difficulties such as ADHD, Autism, and more, Shristi remains at the
forefront of bridging this gap. We collaborate closely with public schools, establishing resource rooms
and designing bespoke training modules for teachers and parents, aligning seamlessly with the mandates
of the PWD/RPWD Act to promote inclusive education and foster a society where every individual

As per the latest statistics, there are about 10-15 % of all school-going children have some form of learning difficulty like ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger Syndrome and others. To bridge this gap, Shristi started supporting public schools to carry forward their inclusive programs as per PWD/ RPWD Act by establishing resource rooms and developing training modules for teachers and parents.
