Description
The Christian Foundation for the Blind – India is a spiritual, social, charitable, and non-profit organization dedicated to supporting blind, disabled, and destitute men, women, and children across India. We strive to meet their educational, social, rehabilitation and spiritual needs with compassion and care.
Founded in April 1974 by Rev. P. C. Alfred George and Mrs. Nireekshana George, the Foundation was born out of their deep love for Christ and a strong desire to reach the 15 million visually challenged people in India with hope and salvation.
Our ministry is firmly built on the foundation of Jesus Christ, and it continues to grow through the prayers and support of Christian believers from India and around the world.
God has placed a calling on our hearts—to bring light into the lives of those who live in both physical and spiritual darkness. Through our outreach program, "Gospel to the Blind and Gospel through the Blind," we have helped hundreds find faith, purpose, and new life in Christ.
