Description
Ours is a non-profit service organization running a special school for Cerebral Palsy and mentally challenged children at Arcot in Ranipet District, TamilNadu .
Actually our school was started in 1991 as a first child of M/s SPASTICS SOCIETY OF INDIA, (now VIDYASAGAR) IN THE community based training programme project. During 1991, this school was started with three children.
Most of children’s mothers are trained in the following activities and all of them have attended various training programmes conducted by the SPASTICS SOCIETY OF INDIA. The group of Seven mothers are confident to assess and train the Intellectually Challenged Children.
Based on the request of M/s Spastics Society of India, as a group of Special Parents of Intellectually challenged Children, we have registered as an Independent Service Organization in the name of “NESAM” in 2000 and we give below our Aim, Target and Goal.
