The North East Regional Institute of Rehabilitation Science and Inclusion (NERRSI) is a government-owned institute that was established in 2006 in Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh. The institute is focused on providing rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities and helping them achieve independence and self-reliance.
NERRSI was established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, and is governed by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. The institute was created to provide rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities in the northeastern region of India. Initially, the institute was located in Guwahati, Assam, but it was later shifted to its current location in Papum Pare, Arunachal Pradesh.
