1. Eligible Organizations
Registered NGOs, Special Schools, Vocational Centres and organizations working with Persons with Disabilities can list eligible products on Help 4 Special.
2. Product Authenticity
Products must be genuine and accurately represented. Sellers should have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to offer the listed products.
3. Permitted Products
List only lawful vocational, handmade, educational, artistic and disability-related products that meet Help 4 Special guidelines.
4. Quality & Safety
Products must be safe, properly described and of appropriate quality. Sellers are responsible for applicable safety, packaging and product requirements.
5. Legal Compliance
Sellers must comply with applicable Indian laws, licences, tax requirements, consumer regulations and product-specific legal requirements.
6. Images & Content
Use clear, original and accurate images and descriptions. Do not upload misleading, copied or copyrighted content without proper permission.
7. Orders & Communication
Sellers are responsible for order processing, packaging, delivery or pickup arrangements and timely communication with customers.
8. Review & Approval
All product listings may be reviewed by Help 4 Special. Only approved listings will be published, and listings may be restricted or removed when required.
