About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team and support children with communication, speech, language, and related developmental needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with children and their families to assess communication difficulties, develop individualized therapy plans, provide evidence-based intervention, and monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children.
Identify speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and communication difficulties.
Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans based on each child's needs.
Provide one-to-one and/or group speech and language therapy sessions.
Monitor, document, and regularly evaluate each child's progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and therapy reports.
Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based activities and strategies to support communication development.
Collaborate with occupational therapists, special educators, psychologists, and other professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Participate in case discussions, assessments, reviews, and team meetings.
Follow professional, ethical, and clinical standards in service delivery.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and child-friendly therapeutic environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology (BASLP/MASLP).
RCI Registration is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest and passion for working with children.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience
2 years of relevant experience preferred.
